Introducing the Game
MONOPOLY Deluxe is a six-reel video slot featuring Big Time Gaming's unique Megaways™.
How to Play
Select your stake by clicking the left and right arrow buttons on the stake. The stake value is displayed in the stake display.
All payouts are multiplied by the stake of each individual spin.
Start the Spin
Press the Play button to start the spin at the stake displayed.
The reels will spin and then come to stop, displaying the result.
Each reel can have between 2 and 7 symbols, and each spin can have up to 117649 Megaways™ to win.
The MONOPOLY board is reset at the start of each base game spin, with Houses and Hotels randomly assigned and with MR. MONOPOLY starting at a random position.
Symbol Wins
A win can occur if matching consecutive symbols, regardless of height, from left to right starting from the leftmost reel.
Highest win paid per winning combination. All winning combinations are added together. See PAYS for further information.
Wild substitutes for all symbols except Scatter and appears on reels 2 to 6 only.
Reactions
Every winning symbol is part of a reaction and is replaced by symbols coming from above.
After the winning symbols explode, the MONOPOLY board activates and MR. MONOPOLY moves to the space below the right-most reel that had winning symbols. Some spaces on the board trigger a bonus.
Base Game Monopoly Board
Landing on a PROPERTY increases the multiplier by 1 for each House and by 5 for a Hotel. A PROPERTY without a House or Hotel has no effect.
Landing on GO awards MAX MEGAWAYS™, filling all reels with the maximum number of symbols.
Landing on COMMUNITY CHEST reveals a card which sends you to a random PROPERTY.
Landing on CHANCE reveals a card that does one of three things: awards MAX MEGAWAYS™, sends you to a random PROPERTY, or awards 12 Free Spins.
UTILITIES and TRAIN STATIONS have no effect in the base game.
Free Spins Trigger
3 Scatters in any position award 12 Free Spins, plus 4 for each extra Scatter. A CHANCE card can also award 12 Free Spins. If both occur, the awarded Free Spins are added together.
TRAIN STATIONS and UTILITIES may be randomly awarded during the Free Spins trigger. Each TRAIN STATION awards an extra Free Spin, and each UTILITY increases the multiplier by 1.
When you are awarded a TRAIN STATION or UTILITY, you own it for the duration of the Free Spins.
All Houses and Hotels from the triggering spin carry over into the Free Spins.
Free Spins
The Win Multiplier from the triggering spin carries over into Free Spins, plus 1 for each awarded UTILITY.
The Win Multiplier increases each time you land on a PROPERTY with Houses or a Hotel.
During the Free Spins, 3 Scatters in any position award 3 Free Spins, plus 2 for each extra Scatter.
The stake that was used to trigger the Free Spins will be used for the Free Spins duration.
At the end of the Free Spins, the total winnings for the spins will be displayed. Any winnings will be credited into the player's account and regular play then resumes.
Free Spins Monopoly Board
Landing on any UTILITY that you own increases the Win Multiplier by 1, or by 2 if you own both UTILITIES.
Landing on any TRAIN STATION that you own awards an extra Free Spin for each owned TRAIN STATION. For example, if you own all 4 TRAIN STATIONS, then landing on any of them awards 4 extra Free Spins.
Landing on CHANCE or COMMUNITY CHEST reveals a card that does one of four things: upgrades a random PROPERTY to have a Hotel, awards MAX MEGAWAYS™, sends you to a random PROPERTY, or awards 3 extra Free Spins.
Landing on GO or a PROPERTY works the same way as during the base game.
General Information
The RTP is shown in-game.
In the event of a non-responsive game or problem during a spin, the game will repeat the incomplete spin and display the result to the player when the game is next launched.
Incomplete games will be automatically resolved after 30 minutes. Any winnings resulting from automatic resolve shall be paid to the player's account.
System malfunction voids all pays and plays.
